Ironwood Clips turns long-form podcast and YouTube episodes into short clips. This page explains what we collect on ironwoodclips.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you fill out a form on this site, we receive your name, your email address, the link to your show and anything else you choose to write in the message. Squarespace, which hosts this site, also keeps standard visit statistics (pages viewed, rough location, the site that sent you) and uses cookies to run the site.
How we use it
We use what you send only to reply to you, to make the free sample clips you asked for, and, if you become a client, to deliver your clips. We don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
What we don't do
We don't sell, rent or trade your information. We don't share it with anyone except the services we need to run the business (Squarespace for this site, Google for email and file sharing).
Your clips and footage
We only use your episodes to make clips for you. We don't post them anywhere unless you ask us to.
Deleting your information
Email hello@ironwoodclips.com and ask us to delete what we have about you. We'll do it and confirm by email.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
